Mark Bayley is responsible for the operational, financial and compliance aspects of the business. He has over 30 years’ experience in the Financial Services / Hedge Fund Sector and has had similar roles leading all phases of operational and financial development of manager and fund, including the start-up phase.

Having started his career in 1992 at Barclays de Zoete Wedd (BZW) in international equity settlements, Mark has also worked at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette in the equity derivatives department. Mark was also Head of Operations at two hedge funds, Sofaer Global Research (UK) Limited and Astellon Capital Partners.

Before joining Amakor Capital in 2016, Mark was the Chief Operating Officer at Ebullio Capital Management, where he was responsible for Operations, Finance, HR, Legal and IT for the business.
