Fuad Egeli
Fuad Egeli has over 30 years of experience in finance with the last 16 years spent on principal investments. Prior to joining Amakor Capital, Fuad was a Managing Director at Castleton Commodities International (CCI), having successfully co-led the spin out of Morgan Stanley's Global Oil Merchanting business from the bank and integration into CCI. Prior to CCI, Fuad was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, where he was most recently co-head of Strategic Transactions & Origination (principal investments and structured transactions).
Fuad's career at Morgan Stanley spanned 19 years in London and New York (including 9 years in Commodities Merchanting; 6 years in the Princes Gate Investors LP private equity fund; and 4 years in investment banking focused on mergers & acquisitions and leveraged finance).
Fuad was a board director of many portfolio companies across North America, Europe and Asia throughout his principal investments career.
Fuad holds a BS in Engineering (Operations Research) and the Woodrow Wilson Certificate in Public & International Affairs from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
